This website is operated by James Godwin in South Africa. You can browse the public pages without creating an account.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact me by email, WhatsApp, telephone, or LinkedIn, I receive the information you choose to send. I use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss requested work, and keep appropriate business records.
If you subscribe through an embedded Kit form, Kit processes the details you submit for email delivery and subscriber management under its own privacy terms.
Analytics and technical data
This site uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site usage and diagnose technical problems. These tools may process information such as device, browser, approximate location, referral source, pages visited, interactions and error reports. This information is used to understand and improve the website, not to sell personal profiles.
External products and services
This site links to other products and third-party destinations, including True Essence, AI Ching, GratefulFor, Amazon, Apple, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Kit and Google. Information entered on those services is handled under their own privacy policies and terms.
Storage, sharing, and retention
I do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support communication, analytics, hosting, or agreed client work. Enquiry and business records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, delivery, accounting, legal, or security purposes.

You may ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where there is no legal reason to retain it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.

Professional services
Diagnostics, workshops, workflow systems, product advisory, and other paid work are confirmed through a written proposal, booking confirmation, or service agreement. That agreement owns the final scope, timing, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and deliverables.
Prices shown on this website are current offer indicators and may be updated. No engagement begins until both parties agree the relevant scope and commercial terms.
Availability and liability
I aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current indefinitely. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, use of this website is at your own discretion and I am not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on its general content.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for diagnostics, workshops, systems work, advisory work, and other services are stated in the written proposal or booking confirmation for that engagement.
- If I cancel a paid session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the amount paid for that session will be refunded.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact me as early as possible. The terms agreed for that booking will apply.
- Deposits, completed work, reserved workshop dates, and delivered digital materials may be non-refundable where this was stated before payment.
Purchases completed on external platforms, including Amazon, Apple, or separately operated products, are governed by the refund policy shown by that platform or product at purchase.
