We agree the scope before work starts, with implementation scoped separately where needed.
From prototype to a working app
Ben had used AI to prototype staff scoring for his roofing business. I connected staff records, calculations, supervisor access and deployment. The app later grew to include quality control and project measurements.
In client-reported feedback from June 2026, Ben said supervisors found the app easy to use and that it gave him clearer visibility into the work.
