Stillness Under Pressure
Practice-led workshops for teams curious about how pressure affects breath, attention and communication.
- 90 minutes
- Half day
- Full day
- Integration series
Stillness Under Pressure brings simple breath, posture and attention practices into a team setting.
I draw on more than thirty years of Tai Chi and Qigong practice and my experience with product, design and engineering teams. We can shape a workshop around a situation your team is facing.
What we explore
- How pressure shows up in breath, pace and attention
- How to notice a reactive response earlier
- Simple practices that create more room before responding
- How the team can discuss pressure without turning it into blame
Possible formats
90-minute session
A practical introduction with time to experience and discuss the exercises.
Half or full day
More room for practice, reflection and applying the ideas to situations the team recognises.
Short series
Repeated sessions for teams that want practice over time rather than a single event.
Who it is for
Founders, leaders and delivery teams who are curious about how pressure affects the way they communicate and make decisions together.

If this connects with something your team is experiencing, tell me about the situation. We can decide whether a workshop is a useful fit and shape the scope from there.
