We map how work moves through your business and where jobs, evidence, approvals or payments get stuck. You receive a written recommendation for the three changes that would help most, whether or not you build with me.
2. System Sprint. Fixed scope, fixed price.
I build the system we agree on, such as job tracking, quality control, field-to-office reporting or approvals. It is shaped around how your team works.
3. Care Plan. Optional, from R1,500 ZAR per month.
Ongoing hosting, maintenance and small improvements, with the scope agreed for your system.
