Same roofing client · Quality control

The situation

Paper checks.
Photos everywhere.

After each job, Ben had to piece together paper checklists, phone photos and emails on his laptop. The scoring app prompted our next discussion about bringing quality checks and their evidence into one place.

How I helped

His procedures.
One clear checklist.

I built editable templates for Ben’s roofing procedures. Supervisors select the procedure, complete each section’s checks and attach photos. They can save a draft and finish it before submitting.

What changed

Evidence ready
to hand over.

Checks, photos and notes now form one record for office review and sharing with a site manager or client. Ben can support the sign-off process without assembling evidence from paper and email.
